On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order, Unable to reduce PO Quantity due to APP-PO-14444 ERROR

ISSUE REPRODUCE STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Purchase Order -> Purchase Order -> Query Purchase Order with partial receiving quantity
2. Adjust line quantity greater or equal to partial receiving quantity
