Recalculate Button is Calculating Wrong Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Cost Amount (Doc ID 2223717.1)

The Recalculate button on the Benefits Selection page in Self-Service calculates wrong amounts.

Expect to see same amount on the Benefits Selection page when clicking the Recalculate button as is seen on the Confirmation page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service and select Benefits.
2. Enroll into a Flexible Spending plan and elect $2500 as annual amount.
2. Click on the 'Recalculate' button at the bottom of the page.
The system calculates '104' for the cost which is not the correct per pay period amount.
3. Click on the 'Next' button.
The Confirmation page displays the correct rate amount of $38.46/per pay period.
4. Click on the 'Back' button.
The Benefits Selection page shows the correct value.
