Why in R12 Column REMITTANCE_BANK_ACCOUNT_ID in Table AR_CASH_RECEIPTS_ALL is NULL for Receipts ? (Doc ID 2223893.1)

Goal

A Receipt is created in R12 and record is created in table AR_CASH_RECEIPTS_ALL , but no value in column "REMITTANCE_BANK_ACCOUNT_ID"
Due to it the Receipt bank information can not be fetched.
Same used to work in Release 11i , what is changed in R12 ?
