ISupport - You Do Not Have Access To This Service Request (After Upgrade From 12.1.3) (Doc ID 2224323.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, iSupport employee user

When opening an SR via Service Requests region in iSupport Home page, the following error is displayed : "You do not have access to this service request".

The issue is happening after updating from 2.1.3

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) iSupport Employee User >
2. Home

Trying  to open an SR by clicking the SR number
