Accessorial Costs Duplicated When Using 'Assign Rate' Action (Doc ID 2224354.1)

Having a two leg itinerary defined when performing Assign Rate action via agent actions at the time when the shipment is created, the base costs and accessorial costs get duplicated on the second itinerary leg shipment.


It is expected to have only one base cost and only one accessorial cost after performing Assign rate action via Agent.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Having agent 3-1211xxxxx, configured to start at SHIPMENT-CREATED event which performs action Assign Rate.

1. Go to Order release that is supposed to be planned over a multi-leg itinerary
2. Bulk plan it with parameter default
3. Notice that you get two shipments
4. Visit the second shipment and you will notice that Base Cost and Accessorial Costs are duplicated. This is happening only on a two leg itinerary scenario.
