Symptoms

User is unable to create a Definition Access Set in Oracle General Ledger (GL). When trying to specify Responsibilities, an error message is received. The user has tried this multiple times in multiple browsers and is still receiving the same error.

 "You are trying to access a page that is no longer active. - The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Close Window to proceed."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated: Setup > Financials > Definition Access Sets > Define and Assign
2. Clicked on Create button
3. Entered a Name and Description for the Definition Access Set. Click on Responsibility Assignments.
4. Clicked on Add Another Row. Error message is displayed.
