Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Inbound Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cross Docking enabled. The desire is to bypass the cross docking operation and simply drop the inbound material into inventory. According to document 317412.1 - How To Override Cross Docking Suggestion, the cross docking operation can be cancelled, by performing a Manual Drop. During the Drop, the message should appear,

"Crossdocking opportunity exists. Do you want to ignore it and continue?".

This message is not appearing. The note mentions 11.5.10 functionality, but this issue is occurring on 12.2.4. Without the ability to see and respond to this message, bypassing cross dock is not possible.
