Last updated on JANUARY 20, 2017
Applies to:Oracle Process Manufacturing Financials - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
On version 12.1.3 Other Financial Issues, the Batch Yield Variance Report does not return the Item cost values in the event where Cost type name is greater than 4 Characters
You would expect the Batch Yield Variance Report should return Item cost value irrespective of the length of the Cost type id.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Created a Cost type = GZST_STND
- Created a cost for SRK-10221598-PROD
- Ran cost rollup
- Ran Cost update.
- Created a Batch 11001 and completed and closed
- Executed the Batch Yield Variance Report.
- No Variance value is getting triggered.
Due to this issue, users cannot get the values in the report if the Cost type is defined in more than 4 Characters
