Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Collections Screen - Slow on changing view

Search for a customer account using account number.
This displays the collections screen with the View mode being Customer
Change the view to Account and click in the box to find the account number.
The screen hangs for up to 3 minutes before returning results of accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------

should complete within few seconds
