Error While Updating Task Priority - Record Changed or Deleted by Another User (Doc ID 2224811.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to updating task on service request from,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Record Changed deleted by another user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  a. Created an SR ->Tasks get auto generated
  b. Entered Assignee Type/Assignee
  c. Entered Scheduled Start date
  d. Updated status to "01-Accepted", also tried "07-Assigned"
  e. Saved
  f. Clicked on Priority and tried to change to "22-Up Next BD" and the error “Record changed or deleted by another user” can be seen
