Field Service: Gantt Chart Is Blank. Have To Bounce The Applications To Be Able To See Details (Doc ID 2224884.1)

Symptoms

Gantt chart is blank and does not show any data.

Steps:

(R) Field Service
(N) Dispatch Center

- On the bottom left click on maximize button
- Click on the one week after button or one month after button

=> Blank screen appears

Workaround:

- Click on Maximize button
- Click on "One week after" or "One month after" button

=> It shows "Retrieving Data..." before showing the correct information.
     However, this workaround may not work in all instances for some reason.
