Symptoms

APP-OFA-48392: You cannot change the reserve after modifying the distribution information by which the asset was added


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add asset.
2. Transfer it.
3. Attempt to load primed reserve.


May occur on load / conversion of a new asset into the system, upon which the user wishes to prime reserve.
