Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
When trying to close PAC period, the following warning message pops us. Not able to close PAC period.
ERROR
-----------------------
Last Cost Manager was before the period ending date. Re-run cost manager to completely process all proceeding transactions.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Periodic Costing
Periodic Close Cycle
Periodic Accounting Periods
Legal Entity:
Cost Type:
Period: > Change Status > Error:
Last Cost Manager run was before the period ending date. Re-run cost manager to completely process all proceeding transactions.
