Proration Create Multiple Elements After the Changes are Deleted (Doc ID 2225200.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After enabled Standard Proration using Event Group, the employee had a Salary change in the month, and the change is removed before payroll.
The payroll process still generate multiple elements for Salary. Sum of generated elements is higher with 0.01 than salary from the month.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If the change is deleted, the element should not be prorated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Made a change of salary on middle of Jan-2017
2. Run Payroll process > Salary element is Prorated
3. Rollback Payroll
4. Delete the change of salary
5. Run Payroll process > Salary element appear twice, sum of both elements is greater that monthly salary with 0.01
