Incorrect Cost for Asset with ADDITION/VOID transaction preceding a CIP Adjustment (Doc ID 2225482.1)

Affects assets added in 11i with the following history:

1) Add asset as CIP

2) Capitalize Asset

3) Reverse Capitalization (which creates ADDITION/VOID transaction)

4) Perform CIP Adjustment

5) Capitalize asset again

6) Perform amortized adjustment -- new cost will ignore the CIP Adjustment from step 4

Asset can be upgraded to R12 at any point after step 3 or remain in 11i and issue will occur.
