Mobile (MSCA) Return (RMA) Fails In Interface With Error: No Records Match Your Selection

Goal

Mobile (MSCA) returns (RMA) fail in the interface with error when LATEST_ACCEPTABLE_DATE is less than RMA receipt date and if the date is in past a year.

What is working
Same receipt works fine on forms.

Additional information
"Our question is the RMA receipt is working fine in Forms with the same date but while performing the RMA receipt in MSCA it errors out with the mentioned error message in the SR.

Does the OM System Parameter "Latest Acceptable Date = Ignore the Latest Acceptable Date without warning" impact the RMA Receipt in MSCA?

* The user notes: If we change the date, then we are able to receive both in Oracle Form and MSCA without any issues. Please let us know how to fix this issue in MSCA  without changing the date."
