Automated Ship Confirm SRS does not process all lines on Delivery (Doc ID 2225669.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Ship Confirm

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Automated ship confirm SRS  does not process all lines on Delivery .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Running Automated Ship Confirm Srs  that all lines would get selected and processed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) When running scheduled Ship Confirm SRS for transactions. If user transacts all lines of internal order then scheduled ship confirm srs transacts all internal order lines.

2)  But if user transacts just some lines with whole quantity not partial qty s then scheduled shipped confirm SRS does not transact these order lines , and there is no error message.

3)Thus not all lines lines are handled by ship confirm srs automatically. Customer must manually process these lines . Customer also is unable to transact move orders on Inventory Side and process is getting stuck.
