Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Interface Trip Stop is successful and delivery detail status is Interfaced and the OM and INV interfaced flags = Y,
but there is no data transaction type "SO Issue" in the "MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS" table.

Expected Behavior
After delivery detail status is Interfaced, it should generate Sales order issue transaction in material transactions table.
