When attempting to update Skip lot Association criteria the following error occurs:

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. [R] Oracle Quality (for Discrete Manufacturing)

2. [N] Quality > Setup > Skip Lot / Sampling Criteria Setup (form)

3. Query the Skip lot defined already.

4. Try to change the Skip lot Association criteria (i.e. Date change).

5. Error occurs.
