Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation

When attempting to submit requisition,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Item XXXXXXXX is not purchasable for the destination specified. Please select another item or contact your purchasing administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement responsibility
2. Shop > Select the category > Select item > Add to Cart
3. Click View Cart and Checkout
4. Click Checkout > Click Next
