Symptoms

Users have selected a wrong Labor Start and End Dates while debriefing the labor.
After that, there seems to be no way to correct the Debrief lines in the UI after the lines have been posted.

Expected Behavior:

Need to correct Labor Start and End times for Posted Debrief Labor lines.
