Publishing Model Throws Publication Error (Doc ID 2226119.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5.33.5 version, Model publication

When attempting to publish a model, an exception is occurring. After recreating the associated User Interface and republishing the model, the exception is still occurring. This is the first attempt at publishing this particular model since upgrading from 11i to R12.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Oracle Configurator Responsibility,
2) Oracle Configurator Developer Repository,
3) Click on the Publications Tab,
4) Create a new Publication,
5) Enter the appropriate publication parameters,
6) Save the Publication,
7) Run the Process Pending Publications Concurrent Program.
