"Created By" Field Is Blank on Dashboard (Doc ID 2226426.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Created by" field is populated blank

In support "View/Update SR" while opening one of the existing SR, in "General Information" Section "Created By" value is populated blank.

STEPS
---------------

N) iSupport > Employee > Dashboard >

1. Select service request

2. See that in the General Information region, the created by field does not show the "logged_by" value
