Performance Issues With Account Merge (RAXMRG)

Per Bug 23168607

As per the output from merge tables in, Labcorp merge
is completed successfully.

Even from trace file , its clear that merge is completed successfully.

  Issue exists only for few customer with lot of sites and the customer merge
request priority doesn't matter.

As per customer , customer merge requests with both P1 and P3 are scheduled
well for small merges.

This could be performance issue.

As identified earlier *** VSEGU venkata.segu 07/13/16 11:08 pm *** , costly
sqls are from Order management.

As discussed in email, please open sr with order management and give the
performance fixes to customer.
