Assignment Record History Changes for Element Entry

On : 12.2.5, Person / Assignment Issues

After entering assignment element entries, the element entry changes are saved and the element entry form is closed.
The assignment form then shows an update made at the time of the element entry update.

The assignment history should not show an update when element entry information is updated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US Super HRMS Manager
2. Query person> Assignment > Entries >
3. Enter Element > Save > Close the Element Entries form.
4. Check the assignment history and see it has been updated with latest update date of the element entry update.
