In Depot Module, when there are multiple jobs created under a single Repair Order, technician portal displays all operations, materials and labor resources against all jobs. It will be easier if a filter is introduced on the tech portal (Drop down List Box) that would display all the Jobs created under that RO but would display only those details related to that particular job or Jobs chosen in the drop down list box. We have scenarios where different technicians would be working on different jobs and hence we prefer our users to see only details pertaining to that job chosen in the list box.
However, the above functionality will only alter the view of the details in the tech portal, otherwise, we expect the estimate sweep and other functionalities to remain as is. For e.g. Even if a user chooses one of the Jobs out of many from the list box and performs a estimate sweep, we would still expect all the Jobs' materials, labor resources to flow into the Repair Estimate tab in Depot Repair form.
This is a new functionality in the Depot Repair's Technician Portal.
