Symptoms

There are Sales order Issue transactions stuck in mtl_transactions_interface table with the following error:

This item is defined as being lot indivisible. For this reason the entire lot quantity must be used. The system does not permit indivisible lots to be divided.
The Item is lot controlled and the Lot Divisible Flag is Set to No (Unchecked)

Steps

1. Run Shipping Interface for a delivery that completed with error
2. Navigate to Transaction Open Interface
3. Query records for the sales order and see the record(s) with the error.
