Error When Clicking On "Schedules Enabled" For "Fixed Price Services" (Doc ID 2226803.1)

Using Purchasing, Version 12.2

Complex PO is rendering an error upon conducting updates.

Error should not be encountered.

Error message page: "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. "

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Open Complex PO from the "Buyer work Center"
2- Go to Lines
3- Click on Update
4- Add new lines
5- Select "Fixed Price Services" in the line type
6- Uncheck the "Schedules Enabled" check box
7- Warning message appeared: "This action will remove associated Schedules or Pay Items and negotiation information(if any) for this line. Do you want to continue?"
8- Click "Yes"
9- Error.
