Contract Subline Status Not Changing To Terminated Even With Termination Date Populated (Doc ID 2227102.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Terminated warranty subline still showing as Active.
Contracts Status Change by Range program scheduled to run daily in night, expired the sublines without termination date but not changed the status of sublines with termination date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sublines with termination date passed by should be changed to Terminated status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract having two sublines.
2. Terminate the subline before the duration.
3. Subline without termination date expired when date passed by.
4. Terminated subline still shows up Active status.
