Blanket release documents cannot be approved due to error "Total Released Amount Must Be Less than Agreement Amount Limit" even if the total amount of the releases doesn't exceed the total amount of Blanket Purchase Agreement document.

Reproducible steps:

1.Go to Purchasing responsibility
2. Create a new Blanket Release document with a total amount less than Blanket Agreement Amount Limit
3. Then try to approve the Release document created
4. Error occurs: Total Released Amount Must Be Less Than Agreement Amount Limit
