APP-PAY-51530 in Maintain Employees Template When Changing Home Phone Number (Doc ID 2227663.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to make subsequent updates to a phone number in the Maintain Employees template, the following error occurs:

APP-PAY-51530: Only one active home phone number is allowed.

Action: Delete existing home phone, or use secondary home phone type.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsbility: XX HRMS Manager

  1.  Navigate: People > Maintain Using Templates > Maintain Employees

  2.  Modify Home Number, Save
     
  3.  Modify Mobile Number, Error appears

       4.  If the form is closed then opened once again, no error is raised.
