Symptoms

Cannot delete shipping network due to error.

Error
Cannot delete master record when matching detail record exist.

Note: Also needed the fix on Note 374297.1 for another error.


Steps
1. Navigate to inventory > setup > shipping networks.
2. Press delete.
3. Error occurs.

Business Impact
Have wrong account and need corrected but it is read only so only way is to delete and recreate network.
