Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Issues with the Functionality of AD Utilities
Attempts to compile forms through adadmin, or attempts to run adop fail with an error while running a script, similar to the following example:
An error occurred while Running adtasktim.sql.
ERROR
-----------------------
Running adtasktim.sql ..
Connected.
ERROR:
ORA-28000: the account is locked
An error occurred while Running adtasktim.sql.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No
AD Administration error:
aijmtabAddTaskTimingColumns: Error running adtasktim.sql, error code (1)
AD Administration error:
Failed altering ad_task_timing table
AD Administration error:
adfrjp(): Error initializing parallel feature
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run adadmin or adop after a password change attempt
