After successfully deploying the sca_OtmVoucherUserExit_rev1.0.jar for the OtmVoucherUserExit service, the OtmVoucherToOracleApInvoice service is the next BPEL flow that needs to be deployed.  When deploying the sca_OtmVoucherToOracleApInvoice_rev1.0.jar to create the OTM to AP BPEL flow in SOA, the deployment fails with the following exception:

Follow the documentation in the README file contained within the zip file for the BPEL flow that ships with OTM. The readme instructions for deploying the flow is located in <OTM_HOME>/utils/integration/bpel/flows/OtmVoucherToOracleApInvoice_11g.zip.
