APP-PER-52685 When Deleting a Job Group Which is not Referenced by Any Organizations (Doc ID 2227863.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to delete a job group, the following error occurs. There are no organizations in the system which references the job group being deleted.

APP-PER-52685: You cannot delete this Job Group because it is linked to a Representative Body.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log on to the Applications.
  2.  Choose the responsibility US HRMS Manager.
  3.  Navigate to Work Structures-> Job-> Job Group.
  4.  Query the job group to be deleted.
  5.  Delete the record.
  6. Error is returned
