Unable to generate streams for the last day of the month when the first month has 30 or 28 days
The streams always return the 30th of the month for all streams that are generated. For example: the contract start date is 15-Jun-2016 for a term of 24 the requirement is to bill on the last day of the month. The first payment has a stub day of 15 to get to the 30-JUN-2016 and then the next payment line will be 23. When the streams are returned from SuperTrump the first payment is 30-Jun-2016 and then 23 payments starting on 30-JUL-2016. What is required is to have the 23 payments to bill at the end of the month.

Expect the first payment to bill on the 30th of June and the following payments to be 31-JUL, 31-AUG, 30-SEP etc...

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a contract with the first payment date for a month that ends in 30 days but want all the remaining streams to be generated on the last day of the month.
2. Generate the streams and observe the stream due dates.
