There is change in ESI rule by govt. needs to be implemented in ERP for affect from 1 Jan 2017
The patch 24749001:R12.PER.B : INDIA STATUTORY PATCH FOR ESI AND EPS CHANGES was released
The new slab has to have to effect from 1 Jan 2017 on wards, but the patch provided is calculating from 1 Oct 16 on wards
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. India HRMS Manage responsibility
2. Navigation : Total Compensation -> Basic -> Fast Formula -> Global Values
3. IN_ESI_ELIGIBILITY_WAGE_CEILING
