iSupport - Error after Pressing "cancel" Button on Service Request (Doc ID 2228630.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, iSupport Employee User,

Existing SRs cannot be canceled /updated by iSupport Employee User.  Following error occurs.

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of range: 4

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) iSupport Employee User >
2. Home
3. Open an existing Service Request and press "Cancel / Update" button
4. Error message raised on the page "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of range: 4" .
