Symptoms
Since the upgrade to 12.2.5, Employee directory hierarchy are receiving an error
The issue occur when upgraded to 12.2.5.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Employee Self-Service => Employee Directory => Search any employee name => Click the hierarchy arrow twice to get the error
