UK Penserver Process is not placing Cutover date in Service History, when an employee is on leave ; the start date is the absence start date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PenServer Interface Process with the below parameters :
Execution Mode: Generate
Extract Type: Cutover Interfaces
Interface: Service History
Effective Date: 01-AUG-2016 (The Cutover Date)
Assign an absence to the employee which starts before the cutover date and you will notice that the start date in the extract is the absence start date instead of the cutover date.
