Symptoms

Oracle 12.2 E-Business Suite Mobile , Mobile Applications Foundation Configuration Service issues

 

 

Accessing E-Business Suite Mobile applications Approval configured with E-Business suite Oracle Access Manager /SSO fails to open the mobile application after entering the username and password.

The E-Business Suite Accessgate log shows the below error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the approvals mobile app
2. Enter username / password
