Symptoms
When attempting to update an employee Assignment, the following error occurs:
ERROR

“Value 79 has expired”
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to XX HRMS MANAGER – Navigate to assignment record of employee
2. Changed Supervisor to XXXXXX> Update and Save Record
3. Receive error: “Value xx has expired”
