When attempting to run the Order Release action of Create Trade Transaction, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Order Management-->Order Release-->Order Release
2. Search for Existing Order Release
3. Select the Check box for Order Release
4. Click Actions-->Global Trade Management-->Create Trade Transaction
5.Click OK on popup
