When attempting to open the approval notification,the following error occurs.

ERROR
Error '-20002 - ORA-20002: 2018: Unable to generate the notification XML. Caused by: 2020: Error when getting notification content.
Caused by: ORA-20002: 3240: Error '-6502 - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Bulk Bind: Truncated Bind ' in 'PLSQLCLOB' API 'PO_WF_PO_NOTIFICATION.GET_PO_LINES_DETAILS'
     
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to purchasing responsibility
2. Create a PO and submit the same for approval
3. Open the PO approval notification sent through mail or worklist
