Error after selecting an address while trying to create a new customer

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center

When attempting to create a new customer, the following error occurs in the Create Customer window after selecting an address for the customer and try to save:


"Please enter the required value for the <address1 segment> the in the Address flexfield"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Contact Center click "Create Customer" button
2. Select "Person"
3. Add the customer name
4. On the Address Line select the "1,2,3" button and search for an address i.e. 1 High Street, click OK
5. Save and the reported error occurs
