R12: Data Present in Interface, Journal Import Correction Form (GLXJICOR) Returns Error: FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Symptoms
Data exists in GL_INTERFACE with GROUP_id, still Journal Import Correction Form returns error.
Generic Interface file uploads have started populating GL_INTERFACE table with LEDGER_ID either -1 or null.
This makes GL Corrections form to be unable to locate the journal. If at this point LEDGER_ID is updated, the form is able to find the journal that has just been loaded.
