Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, India AR Localizations
When attempting to save a cash receipt
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04098"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a AR Receipt
2. Navigate to Tools --> AR IL Cash Receipts and Enter the required details
3. While trying to save the error message is appearing
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create cash receipts which
will delay reporting
