Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version
When attempting to make a positive correction on a receipt in a WMS enabled inventory organization the following error occurs.

RVTTH-115j Subroutine process_transaction()
The Receipt Routing is Direct Delivery.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and approve a PO with one line, one shipment for any item.
2. Receive and Deliver the PO shipment (Direct Delivery)
3. Now try to add a quantity of X to the receipt using the Enter Corrections
form.
On saving the transaction, let the receiving transaction processor (running
in IMMEDIATE mode) complete. This completes with ERROR and you will see the
following error in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS:
