12.2 E-Business Suite Technology Stack Forms Fail With Error 'FRM-92101 ConnectionsException' When Launching Forms In The Same IE11 Browser Window

FRM-92101 occur when performing the following steps:
1. Open a IE11 browser window.
2. Login to EBS 12.2.5 environment as sysadmin user.
3. Click menu to open a Form - opens successfully.
4. Close Form.
5. Back to the home page,click the same menu to launch form (Don't Open another (new) IE browser, just use the same IE session before)
6. Throws the error:
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.
When you click on details, it shows
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionsException:Connection from new browser window not supported.
