Deleted Transaction or Receipts are appearing in “Subledger Period Closed Exception Report”
Users are unable to find the same in application but they appearing in “Subledger Period Closed Exception Report” and do not allow period closure.
Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Accounting > Open/Close periods
- Try closing the period
- If unable to close, run the "Subledger Period Closed Exception Report" and review the output.
